Alitalia

Alitalia is still caught up in restructuring. Through the introduction of the new and elegant color scheme, the efforts to modernize the airline can already at least be noticed visually.

One by one, Alitalia is steadily applying the new and elegant livery to its fleet. Of the 22 A319s currently operated, EI-IMI was one of the first to be repainted.

Simultaneously with the 1/500 scale version, this newest retrojet is also released in a larger size as well. The livery was nicknamed Pentagramma, Italian for the musical staff, due to the five thin stripes on the fuselage.

Starting in mid 2015, the largest Italian Airline began to introduce a new color scheme. The traditional cheatline on the fuselage was deleted in favor of a pearl lacquer, one of a few other modifications that result in a refined and classy appearance.

This A320 which sports Alitalia�s latest color scheme is named after the Italian author and chemist Primo Levi.�
