Thank you for choosing Collectable Jets.com as your source for hard to find Die-Cast Airline Collectables. Our mission is to bring you the lowest possible price on many of the hard to find die-cast collectable airliners you have been looking for.

Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt with the exception of weekend orders and Pre-Orders, which will immediately ship upon arrival.

*On checkout, International orders will show $32.95. This will not be your actual shipping cost. The shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping charges. This will occur at the time you are billed. If you have any questions, please e-mail me and I will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

Collectablejets.com reserves the right to utilize a different shipping method. We on occasion will ship via a different carrier to get your order out to you more quickly.

Orders placed that are "PRE-ORDER" Releases will be held until ALL items are in stock and ready to ship. In order to guarantee quantities, Collectable Jets RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge orders that include Pre-Order items at the time the order is placed. All other orders are charged at the time of shipping. Please note that the exact date of arrival of model releases that we offer on a PRE-ORDER basis is not guaranteed and can be affected by many factors beyond our control. We will ship all items as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. If you do not wish to have all items in your order held for the pre-order, please place a separate order for the pre-order models.

Please note that the Billing Address MUST match that of the Credit Card being used for the transaction, otherwise, it will be flagged by the system to protect against Credit Card Fraud. Your order will not be processed and will be cancelled if suspicion of Fraud is present.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

CollectableJets.com discount and sale codes are valid FOR ON-LINE ORDERS ONLY. All discount codes and promotional codes must be added during your purchase. If you have any questions about the discount code(s) or how to complete this process correctly, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will gladly add an additional model to a standing order and will combine multiple orders whenever possible to eliminate the extra shipping costs.

RETURNS

We welcome your return within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied. We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds after this time, so please inspect your order carefully IMMEDIATELY upon receipt .

Please e-mail us to make arrangements for the return prior to shipment and include a detailed description of the issue. When you return the model to us, please pack in the same type packaging you received the order in. We can not accept poorly packed returns that are damaged in shipment back to Collectable Jets.

S/H will be refunded in most cases for defective returns.

1. An item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do?
   We welcome your return within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied.
   
   Where possible we will exchange the damaged Item with a replacement model.  Should one not be available, you will offer an exchange or a refund.
   
   S/H will be covered by Collectablejets in most instances.
   
   
2. I want to return some undamaged products. What do I do?
   We welcome your return within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied.
   
   You will be responsible for the S/H to return the product and if you wish an exchange for the addition S/H for the new shipment.

Typographic and Other Errors: CollectableJets.com attempts to keep this web site as accurate as possible. In the event there is a typographic error of any type that affects your order, we will contact you immediately to clarify. We can not accept responsibility for typographical errors made by our webmaster or any other source. This includes our advertising partners, discussion forums, or any other similar type agency
