Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of weekend orders and Pre-Orders, which will immediately ship upon arrival. Collectable Jets reserves the right to charge orders that include Pre-Order items at the time the order is placed.

Our Standard Shipping Method has now returned to UPS GROUND service.

All standard US* orders regardless of size are $7.50 via UPS GROUND.

If you choose UPS 3-Day Select there will be an additional charge as stated to the right of the rates below. Please note that these charges are based on the subtotal before any discounts.

Orders $00.00 - $ 29.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$5 for 3-Day)

Orders $30.00 - $ 99.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$8 for 3-Day)

Orders $100.00 - $199.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$11 for 3-Day)

Orders $200.00 - $299.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$14 for 3-Day)

Orders $300.00 - $399.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$18 for 3-Day)

Orders $400.00 - $599.99 = $7.50 S/H (+$21 for 3-Day)

Orders $600.00+ = $7.50 S/H (+$24 for 3-Day)

*Add $10 to rates above for orders to AK and HI.

Orders placed that are "PRE-ORDER" Releases will be held until ALL items are in stock and ready to ship. In order to guarantee quantities, Collectable Jets RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge orders that include Pre-Order items at the time the order is placed. All other orders are charged at the time of shipping. Please note that the exact date of arrival of model releases that we offer on a PRE-ORDER basis is not guaranteed and can be affected by many factors beyond our control. We will ship all items as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. If you do not wish to have all items in your order held for the pre-order, please place a separate order for the pre-order models.

Please note that the Billing Address MUST match that of the Credit Card being used for the transaction, otherwise, it will be flagged by the system to protect against Credit Card Fraud. Your order will not be processed and will be cancelled if suspicion of Fraud is present.

CANADIAN ORDERS: Orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS Airmail Post or USPS Priority Mail.

*Note* On checkout, International orders will show the normal US shipping amount plus $20. This will not be your actual shipping cost(actual cost will typically be lower). The shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping charges. This will occur at the time you are billed. If you have any questions, please e-mail me and I will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

*NOTE* Currently we are not able to accpet orders from the following countries:

China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tiawan, Malaysia or the Phillipines.

Attention USPS and P.O. Box customers and customers out of the UPS Ground Delivery area: Your orders will be shipped either Priority Mail or Express Mail and the cost will be adjusted to your order if it is more than the amount calculated on the order.

Collectablejets.com reserves the right to utilize a different shipping method. We on occasion will ship via a different carrier to get your order out to you more quickly.

PLEASE READ: CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

CollectableJets.com discount and sale codes are valid FOR ON-LINE ORDERS ONLY. All discount codes and promotional codes must be added during your purchase. If you have any questions about the discount code(s) or how to complete this process correctly, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will gladly add an additional model to a standing order and will combine multiple orders whenever possible to eliminate the extra shipping costs.

We welcome your return within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied. We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds after this time, so please inspect your order carefully IMMEDIATELY upon receipt . Please e-mail us to make arrangements for the return prior to shipment and include a detailed letter stating the issue, and pack in the same type packaging you received the order in. We can not accept poorly packed returns that are damaged in shipment back to Collectable Jets. S/H will be refunded in most cases for defective returns.
Typographic and Other Errors: CollectableJets.com attempts to keep this web site as accurate as possible. In the event there is a typographic error of any type that affects your order, we will contact you immediately to clarify. We can not accept responsibility for typographical errors made by our webmaster or any other source. This includes our advertising partners, discussion forums, or any other similar type agency.
